We are pleased to officially announce the inaugural annual tournament, Royal’s Cup 2024.
After over a year of trial operations and successful official launch, Royal Long An Golf & Villas has achieved significant milestones. Proudly serving as a venue for numerous professional tournaments within Vietnam and across Asia, such as the Namabank Vietnam Master consecutively in 2023 and 2024, and other prestigious events like the Race to South Africa and the Miss Universe Vietnam Charity Golf Tournament.
As an expression of gratitude to our valued partners and loyal customers who have always supported Royal Long An Golf & Villas, and with a desire to foster development and connect the golfing community in the region, we are thrilled to announce the inaugural series of tournaments, Royal’s Cup. This annual event proudly carries the distinctive brand of Royal Long An Golf & Villas.
Royal’s Cup consists of a total of 4 tournaments, including 03 qualifying rounds and 01 final round, scheduled to take place from July 2024 to November 2024.
In each qualifying round, 144 amateur golfers will compete using the Stroke Play format based on Handicap, divided into 04 groups: A (HDC 0 – 15.0), B (HDC 16 – 24.0), C (HDC 25.0 – 36.0), and the Women’s group. The top 12 golfers from each group (First, Second, and Third) will earn invitations to participate in the Royal’s Cup Final Round in November 2024.The Final Round will consist of 02 rounds: the Royal’s Cup, featuring 36 golfers with outstanding performances from the qualifying rounds competing for Best Gross and Best Net in their respective groups, and the Open Cup round open to all participants competing for Best Net in their groups. The top 9 outstanding golfers from the Royal’s Cup Final Round will be rewarded with a golf trip to one of the world’s largest golf resorts at the foot of Mount Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and a tour of the ancient town of Lijiang in Yunnan Province, China.
Royal’s Cup is set to bring a fresh perspective and mark a significant step forward in Vietnam’s golfing journey, promising to be an event full of experiences and challenges.
